Roles and Responsibilities

• ★ Promptly address and resolve grievances raised by students in accordance with established guidelines.
• ★ Ensure that all grievances are handled according to the guidelines laid out in the college Grievance Redressal Policy/Matrix for Grievance Handling Authorities (Annexure I).
• ★ Maintain thorough documentation of all grievances, encompassing both online submissions and those received via grievance forms as outlined in Annexure II, for accountability and future reference.
• ★ Offer recommendations to the college administration regarding systemic issues or recurring patterns that may necessitate broader attention or policy modifications.
• ★ Increase awareness among students about the committee existence and its role, ensuring they know the appropriate avenues to address their concerns.
• ★ Regularly assess and update the grievance redressal process to enhance efficiency, transparency, and student-friendliness.
