Roles and Responsibilities

• ★ Accounting, custody, and issue of all IT/ICT/ERP tools of the College.
• ★ Maintaining serviceability and initiating repairing action to ensure high rate of serviceability at all times.
• ★ Projecting the budgetary estimates for repair, upgradation, maintenance, and new purchase of the financial year.
• ★ Checking and taking on charge, the new procurement installations as per the rules.
• ★ Software development as per the approved plan and priority.
• ★ IT cell will work with coordinator IQAC and in close conjunction with Academic In-charge.
• ★ The Principal will be kept apprised of the activities by the IT section coordinator on a regular basis.
