Roles and Responsibilities

• ★ To prepare an overall comprehensive development plan of the Mahavidyalaya (also YSEI when mandated), for both long and short term, regarding organisational, administrative facilities and infrastructural growth.
• ★ To carry out organisation and infrastructure review as also, propose changes for approval of the G.B. / YSS Board.
• ★ To also act as RUSA / Other Govt grants - Board of Governors (BOG); some more members may be coopted if needed. BOG will monitor, progress project / procurements out of these heads and also forward compliance and audit reports in this regard, as prepared by the RUSA coordinator through the Principal. (Mandated RUSA related functions are amplified in the end).
