The Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) shall play a crucial role in ensuring inclusivity and fairness in the college.

Role of Equal Opportunity Cell

• ★ Ensure that all students, irrespective of their background, have equal access to educational opportunities and resources within the college.
• ★ Address any complaints related to discrimination based on caste, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, or any other grounds.
• ★ Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to create awareness about issues related to discrimination, biases, and inclusivity among students, faculty, and staff.
• ★ Provide support services, counseling, and guidance to students who face discrimination or need assistance in accessing educational opportunities.
• ★ Disseminate information on welfare schemes for socially weaker sections and relevant notifications.
• ★ Coordinate with the Government and agencies to support disadvantaged students academically and financially.
• ★ Conduct regular meetings to monitor progress of the scheme aimed at promoting equal opportunities within the college.
