Swami Nischalananda Giri
A monastic disciple of Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda for 17 years, he completed his Master’s in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and was pursuing Chartered Accountancy (Final) before joining the Ashram. At present, he serves in the Office of the Treasurer of YSS and also works under the YSS General Secretary.

Former General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, South Western Command; Member, Armed Forces Tribunal; Commandant, Indian Military Training Team (IMTRAT), Bhutan; Defence Attaché to Kazakhstan (also accredited to Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan). He completed post-master’s studies in Higher Defence Management and Public Administration from the National Defence College, New Delhi. He holds a Master’s degree in Security and International Relations from the University of Madras and an M.Phil. in Defence Management from DAVV, Indore. He is an alumnus of Sainik School, Tilaiya, and is an eminent author and military jurist.

Sri Saxena has over forty-seven years of experience in Corporate Business Management, Project Planning and Implementation, as well as Engineering and Project Monitoring. He has worked across the public, private, and government sectors in various roles, including consultant, design and engineering professional, turnkey project executor, owner’s representative, and regulator. Currently, he serves as an EIA Assessor with NABET under the Quality Council of India and as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Sustainable Development Forum of the Institution of Engineers (India).

Former Colonel in the Indian Army, Corps of Electronics & Mechanical Engineers (EME) (commissioned 1991); alumnus, Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. Postgraduate in Electronics Engineering; B.E. (Mechanical), Bangalore University; PG Diploma in Public Relations & Journalism. Trained on T-90 Battle Tank (Russia). Over 33 years of service in Counter Insurgency and Para Military areas; served as Instructor and Head of Department at Military College of EME, Technical Staff Officer at HQ Technical Group EME, associated with Integrated Guided Missile Development Programmes (Prithvi, Akash, Nag) and Armoured Fighting Vehicle Electronics, and with Bharat Dynamics Limited for missile proof firing. Recipient of Vice Chief of Army Staff and Army Commander’s Commendation Cards; known for professional competence and motivational leadership.

Prof. (Dr.) Jayendra Kumar is a distinguished academician in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with nearly two decades of experience in teaching, research, and institutional leadership. He holds an M. Pharm. and Ph.D., has served as Principal in reputed institutions, and guided numerous postgraduate students. He has published over 33 research papers, holds multiple Indian and international patents, and has contributed to books and Elsevier publications. Dr. Kumar has received prestigious research grants and actively participates in national and international academic forums. Presently, he serves as Assistant Secretary (Governing Body) and Officiating Principal at Yogoda Satsanga Mahavidyalaya, Ranchi, and is also Chairman of IQAC and Chief Centre Superintendent of Examinations.
